“If a man lacks a deep connection to himself he is also missing a deep connection to life and love. In my work I concentrate on two directions. I aim to guide the man towards his own inner being, truth and at the same time I aim to strengthen his courage to express and share this truth outside himself as authentically as possible. It may sound simple but it is not. Our body-mind is full of learned conditionings during our lifetime. These conditionings come for example from upbringing, political conviction or religion. Often they are so deep rooted in the layers of our subconscious that we do not even understand ourselves how much they prevent or at least limit us from actualizing as authentic and open individual human beings."
